It opens with pineapple: bright, golden, unmistakably tropical. Then the blood orange comes in — not sharp like a regular citrus, but deeper, almost wine-like, with a color that stains the glass a gorgeous ruby blush. And right at the end, the mint. Cool, clean, and just enough to make you put the glass down and say, "wait — what is that?"
We make it the old way: real fruit, cane sugar, and vinegar. No shortcuts, no concentrates, no artificial anything. The vinegar is what gives a shrub its depth — that slightly tangy, slightly acidic backbone that makes every other ingredient taste more like itself.
